My Fast Food Experience

Mmmmmmh I love fast food! Fast food was a big part of my childhood . I was amazed how there could be convenient food that tasted good and didn’t have to wait till the food was ready. I remember when I was younger I couldn’t wait till my dad had his day off because we would get to eat at a nice restaurant or we would go to any fast food place I wanted to go. As a young kid I had fast food about every week. My parents would only take us out to eat fast food once a week on my dad’s day off. We would always go to Mcdonald’s but I loved Carl’s Jr. it was my favorite place to eat. When we would go to Carl’s Jr. I would always get a number 1 no pickles, no onions with a coke and the fries with no salt. I hated that they would always make the fries saltier than they were supposed to be. When we would go to Mcdonald’s I wouldn’t get a kids meal id get my own meal I would get a number 10 (chicken nugget combo with a sprite).I also loved when we would go out and eat mexican food, tacos, enchiladas, Camarones a la Diabla, and shrimp cocktails. At the time I didn’t feel anything about fast food, I would just eat it if it tasted good.


As I got older I noticed that fast food was faster and convenient for me and it also didn’t hurt that It tasted good either. As a grown person now I eat a lot of fast food and that has gotten me into trouble I have gained a lot of weight and I am now at risk to get diabetes. I don’t shun it because it has saved me in many times when I have been in a rush and have had no time to cook something. I guess you can say yes I did rely on it because I was never really home because I was either in school or at work. Now I eat out about twice a week only on weekends. I wish now that I wouldn’t have ate all that fast food because then I wouldn’t be suffering trying to loose weight. The problem of eating fast food started when I started working for Mcdonald’s. I was really excited that I would get to eat fast food and it would be free. I would eat chicken nuggets, Big Mac’s, Big N Tasty’s, everything off the menu, I would also even invent my own creations. It all tasted so good but as you can see it is becoming a real bad problem in America.

                                        My Past

My name is Liliana Rodriguez I was brought into the world March 13, 1990 and was born to two lovely parents by the name of Josefina and Salvador Rodriguez. In the past I have procrastinated a lot and have gotten myself into trouble because of it. I made it through 15 years of school and have enjoyed every minute of it.


                                       My Present
As of now I am currently attending Ventura and Oxnard college. I am going to school to fulfill my dream of becoming a registered nurse. I work for a hospice company named Vitas. I have 2 annoying little brothers that I love very much and two adorable dogs whom I call Marley and Diamond they’re my babies.


                                       My Future
In the future I hope to be a registered nurse and live in Spanish Hills. I also hope to own my own high-end beauty salon in Camarillo. After I become a nurse I want to travel around. The first place I would love to visit is Paris. I would also like to have lost some weight to be healthy and try to do a running marathon for the people who battle cancer.
